About the grant
Produce your own electricity and lower your power bill with a solar PV system on your primary home or holiday home in Norway.
- Up to 25% of costs.
- Capped at NOK 2,500 per kWp installed.
- Maximum grant: NOK 100,000.
- Applies to private homes.
- Install in a home or holiday home in Norway.
- Connect to the grid as a “plus customer” with your grid company.
- Installation must be done by a registered company; invoices must meet Norwegian legal requirements and be in your name.
- Invoices must be dated within the last 12 months before the application date.
- Install the system according to the rules.
- Collect the required invoices and documentation.
- Register your application in Enova’s portal and upload the documents.
- Enova processes the case and pays the grant upon approval.
