Enova can fund up to NOK 10 million for energy‑saving measures in housing co‑ops and condominium associations, such as insulation and solar PV.
About the grant
Enova covers up to 30% of project costs, up to NOK 10,000,000. Eligible measures reduce electricity drawn from the grid, including installing solar panels.
The grant is competitive. Applications are ranked by cost‑effectiveness of the proposed measures.

All applications that meet the qualification criteria are ranked based on the requested grant amount and expected energy improvement (as defined in Enova’s investment support rules).
